Counterintuitively, it takes a lot of effort to become more efficient and productive.
At least at the beginning.
You have to change deeply ingrained habits like reading the news before you start work.
You need to do things you don't necessarily want to, like getting up earlier.
And you need to upset other people, by saying "No" more often.
It takes a while to get used to these things and there will be some short term pain.
But that is a price worth paying when you consider the alternative you are probably living right now: 60 hours (or more) weeks; not seeing your family; feeling exhausted. All. The. Time.
It really doesn't have to be that way. If you'd like some suggestions on how to get more done in 10 hours than most people do in 40, book a free 30-minute call with me today.
